Privacy

This privacy notice is a preliminary structure. Before production, ACT must confirm the final wording for hosting, Payload CMS, Cloudflare, R2, D1, PostHog, Personio, and form processing.

Planned systems

• Cloudflare Workers for website and CMS delivery.
• Cloudflare D1 and R2 for CMS data and media.
• Payload CMS for editorial content.
• Personio for the application process.
• PostHog only in a consent-aware privacy setup without personal form contents.

Analytics baseline

PostHog is prepared in the foundation but captures no data without a configured project key. Autocapture, session recording, and text/attribute capture stay disabled. Form contents must not be sent as analytics events.
